Affiliating your club with GCGL is a straightforward process. Whether you're registering a brand new club or joining as an official from an existing club, we welcome you to our league family.
To get started, simply create an account and complete your profile by selecting your role within the club.
Create Your Account
Click the "Create Account" button below to register with your email address.
Complete Your Profile
Select your role: New Club, Existing Club Officer, Team Manager, Coach, or League Official. Provide the required information based on your selection.
Access Your Dashboard
Once your profile is complete, you'll gain access to the LMS dashboard where you can manage your club, teams, and affiliations.
Submit Team Affiliations
Navigate to the Affiliation section to submit your teams for the current season. Invoices will be generated automatically upon submission.

Club name, FA ID, contact details, and address
Key Officers
Details for club secretary and treasurer
Team Details
Team names, age groups, and manager information
Compliance
FA Charter Standard and safeguarding documentation
Official Club Crest
Confirm the current crest or upload a JPG, PNG or WebP replacement
